ABOUT GABRIELA

Gabriela has been a Registered Nurse for more than 15 years and is also a Certified Health and Life Coach. She helps women in their 50s who are tired of feeling like their bodies are working against them.

Many of the women she works with notice weight creeping around their middle, even though their eating habits haven’t changed. Energy dips, broken sleep, and the impact of stress often leave them feeling more drained than ever. And no matter what they try, diets, exercise, or “being good”,  nothing seems to work the way it used to. Gabriella understands how frustrating and isolating this can feel, because she has been there herself.

A few years ago, a personal health challenge reminded her how easy it is to put yourself last, and how quickly the body lets you know when it’s time to make a change. That experience inspired her to combine her medical background with a more personal, compassionate approach to helping women through midlife.
Today, she helps women in their 50s feel energised, confident and in control again, without fad diets, extremes, or overwhelm.

Outside of her work, Gabriela is a mum of two adult children, and family is at the heart of everything she does. She loves dancing tango, spending time outdoors, travelling and enjoying the small moments that make life joyful, which is exactly why she believes health should help women to live more fully, not hold them back. Her role isn’t to replace medical care, it’s to give women the time, space, and personalised support that is so often missing in the healthcare system. She walks besides them, helping them understand what’s happening in their bodies, cut through the confusion, and create simple, sustainable changes that lead to lasting results.

Because, as Gabriella believes, your 50s aren’t about giving up – they’re about finding a new way forward: lighter, calmer, stronger, and more confident than before.
